AFARS they should:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Have a keen interest in working to fight racism, afro-phobia, anti- blackness institutional and structural discrimination in Finland<\/li><li>Be willing to adhere to all program policies and procedures<\/li><li>Be dependable and consistent in AFARS commitments<\/li><li>Attend mentor training sessions as prescribed<\/li><li>Be willing to communicate regularly with AFARS staffs<\/li><li>Be a law-abiding citizen and upholding the values, mission and principles of AFARS<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Register as a Volunteer <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
