Ufoka Eugene is originally from former British Southern Cameroons ( aka Ambazonia) Is a pan African political and human rights activist, community organizer, and an Agent of change. He is best known for his activism advocacy work on the emancipation of African people and the development of Africa.
Eugene has a wide interest in issues of diplomacy, political participation, social inclusion, democracy, gender equality, equity, and prevention of radical extremism.
Eugene is also passionate about advocacy service of communities who are under threat, discriminated, and disadvantaged.

Libin Mohamed, born in Mogadishu, Somalia. Came to Finland as a refugee from Kenya and have been living in Finland for more than 20 years. Currently studying in a university of applied sciences as a community educator. She joined Afars because she want to address social problems such as racism, social injustice, and institutional discrimination that people from African backgrounds face daily. She want to give a voice to those who are unable to defend themselves, for example, because of their language skills.

Ursula Hugho Kinabo, originally from Tanzania, East Africa. She earned her Bachelor of Social Services from Tampere University of Applied Science and currently pursuing her Master of Community development and conflict resolution at Diaconia University of Applied Science. She has been working in the field of social care for the past nine years. One of Ursula’s dream is working with children and families with an immigrants background in Finland, because she feels that it is a privilege to be a part of any process which will bring positive impact and change in the future.
Passionate about minority rights and resolving social conflicts.

Electa Akinyi Kamara – A Kenyan; has spent her adult life in community development work as a social work professional and a women’s rights activist. Her true passion is to promote a society where the marginalised groups, especially women and children, have equal access to rights and opportunities to reach their potential. She has consistently advocated for the participation of women in decision-making processes. While her focus is on women and children, she is dedicated to supporting communities and individuals in their process of self-conscious struggles. Electa has experience in project management, strategic thinking, networking, and community organising, among others.

Aminkeng researches on issues of race, racism, antiracism and antiracism education. His research focusses on developing different strategies of antiracism education in and out of schools. He has also researched the Ethnic Profiling as well as Hate Crimes in Finland. He is currently the Head of program for the Masters of Social Exclusion and Docent in Sociology with specific expertise in Studies in Diversity at Åbo Akademi University. He is currently working on developing the first antiracism mobile application in Finland in a project (KNOWACT) funded by Academy of Finland (2018-2022) and situated at the Swedish School of Social Science, University of Helsinki. He identifies as an advocate for the rights of black boys and men.

He is a freelancer journalist and social worker based in Finland. He is also a co-founder of several Diaspora associations including Tampere African Sports ry, Tanzania Diaspora Global Council etc.
Ndaki has further used his expertise in building the immigrant communities and fighting against all forms of racism.
